Supreme Ibutamoren Log

I'm 26, 161lb, have a two-week old, and have "restarted" serious fitness recently enough that the initial progress should be great. I plan to simply add mass and whatever strength comes with it. I finished my first cut less than a month ago and was happy to see what I could do in such a short time, but I longed to see the strength and size gains the whole time. I sold off a lot of my equipment to make room for the baby and his things, so I'm limited to free-weight exercises for the time being.

​I started my Mk677 3 days ago and noticed a far amount of muscle fullness on the second morning.

Today was bi's and shoulders. Ive been enjoying the pump so much that i decided to stay with high-rep/moderate volume until I'm bored with it.

The wrist curls were a last-minute "screw you" to myself. The pumps were intense- my wife felt how hard my forearms were and just said "....nasty" and left the room lol.

I hate the first week of any log. There's never much to report, everything seems slow and boring, which is why I skip logging the first week usually. Its day 6 and im noticing a little more water retention, which is fine. I usually feel achy and stiff when I'm dryer so a little extra glycogen and water is welcome.

Workouts have been awesome lately but ive switched to modified GVT. Now that its had some time to build up, i expect a little more results to show soon, so ill be posting some pictures here in the immediate future!

GVT aint no joke!!

Glad to see this log. Keep us posted on the pros/cons throughout your research. We are always looking for constructive criticism. Supreme’s goal it to surpass everyone’s expectations!

Ive been down with a sinus infection for three days, so I've been taking it very easy. Tgis should make for some hellacious DOMS when I get back into my GVT. Right now im on my second day without dosing my MK. Im going to do 8 on, 4 off.

So far I've noticed good muscle fullness with a fair amount of water retention.

I thought i was turning a corner, but turns out ive gotten worse. I alwaysbrun ECA when im sick. I get a good pick-me-up, and some symptom relief all while keeping off excess fat gains in my down time.

I managed to begin a workout today, but simply could not go the mile. I began with a 5 minute warm-up, followed by 10x10 OHP, then went into 12x10 DB curls. I had to take longer breaks between sets as I felt like i was still struggling to breathe. Its a start.


I decided to listen to my body and end it very short of the whole workout. I did however manage to grt some pics on my wifes phone. Ill have them uploaded as soon as i crop myself out

If you'll look closely, you'll see why i dont take many pictures. I dont have any low mirrors in my house, so i legit have to stand on a large chair in my tiny bathroom. I look leaner but more muscular. Dispite taking a little over a week off, I see a major recomp from where i began.Attachment 77884

I have a few updates.

1. Today i used the Ibutamoren without dosing the Alpha Stano with it, and definitely felt the tiredness. In this sense I think it helps confirm A: The Ibutamoren is legit, producing a well-known side effect
B: The Alpha Stano is very effective at negating this effect, which was my original hopes when chosing this combination.

2. My workout today lacked the pumps that had been happening with Alpha Stano. I thought maybe the Ibutamoren had somewhat of a hand in this effect, but apparently not.

3. Doms have been surprisingly mild. With GVT, I fully expected to be in near-constant pain, but even when pushing myself to failure or close, DOMS haven't been out of control at all.
