What is everyone's favorite bodypart to train?
My favorites are quads and back. I used to hate training legs, but the feeling of putting the hammer down and hobbling out of the gym is simply euphoric. Love it!

Arms!!! I like the pump in a tight t shirt
legs and back as well. the hardest to work and the biggest gut check in the gym
Shoulders for me. Love the pump and feel after shoulder day. Legs would be a close 2nd.
I cannot go heavy anymore like I used to, but I love doing squats even if I keep the reps high and the weight low.
Heavy chest.

rear delts and hams. Cant stand working arms

Getting a crazy pump in the arms always makes me feel so alpha haha.
I loved the feeling of muscle soreness after long break in training, especially in glutes, quadriceps (lower body parts). Unfortunately could not keep on training after had a child. Now reading articles, thinking about coming back :)
Chest n back...i too hated training my legs n one day i got a full body shot of myself in the mirror n the neglect of my legs show...it looks stipid as shit...but after a couple months of hittin my legs I'm starting to realy enjoy leg day...n its finally starting to show lol
