NPC Bikini Competitor

I've been working with this girl for 5 weeks now. She is sponsored by PCT-SHOP and I handle any contest prep, diet question. If you're interested, because I know it's very difficult for woman to get correct information. Guys just go on you tube and these block heads are bragging about how much they can take in a week. No one really talks out about woman.
I've been training since I was 14 in the basement in NJ. When I was old enough I joined my first gym. It happened to be Diamond Gym in Summit NH. If anyone knows east coast bodybuilding they know this gym. More pros and top amateurs have come out if there it's insane. I never saw anything like it ever again. It gave me the motivation to first compete at 18 in the teen NJ where I placed 2cnd. I competed every year from 2990 through 1999 my last contest was the NPC USA and I came in 6th. I quit to presume a real life but I'll always live this sport and would never say no to someone who needed help. I'll post some pics of her below and start putting updates here.
She is blessed with God given genetics. She can do very well if she chooses to. Her contest isn't until April. If interested go on PCT-SHOP SUB FORUM and you'll see a thread by me referring to her.
Any women that have questions just ask me. My best friend in the world and training partner for 5 years was an IFBB pro Bodybuilder. We always used same trainers and I knew exactly how she prepared. The last picture in the black was 5 weeks ago before we started she weight 130 first thing in morning, nothing in. The rest are one week ago she weighed 132 first thing in the morning. Pretty big difference.
