The refs are ruining football.

These games are not even fun to watch anymore when you see great play after great play completely wiped off the record by some stupid penalty flag. Games are now 3.5 hours due to all the sissified new rules and penalty flags for petty infractions that have no influence on the play. Attorneys who write the rule book have destroyed football. I DVR the games so I can fast forward thru the commercials and penalties.
Maybe the refs are getting paid off. Its happened before in sports. With the billions of dollars being bet on NFL, how can corruption not happen.

I’m a big Packers fan and I’m happy they one but I have to agree that the inconsistency and over all poor calls by the refs have really put a dark cloud over this season.Im not sure how this get fixed but it’s leaving a lot of people, including myself shaking their heads.

they are just a bad part of an already declining NFL. Refs are bad, but no more than normal IMO. there are just more and more stupid rules that are ambiguous so it appears they are making bad calls and many times they do. That game was HORRIBLE.

Take all politics out of the NFL, sack Roger Godell, get rid of dumb ass catch rules, stop ridiculous suspensions and fines for dumb stuff. Anyway. it is not as good as it used to be. Can;t even rush the QB full on and accidentally fall into his legs. How stupid is that?
