mornin shakes

no time to sit n eat so I like my morning shakes sometimes


Breakfast on the go...


1/2 cup oats (gf)
2 scoops ON Plant Protein
fresh grated ginger
pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
1/2 avocado
water
ice..ice

Looks good but you forgot the liver

Sounds good!! Sometimes a good shake is the best start to the day.

LOL...I remember that football movie with warren beaty where he drank Liver and whey shakes in a blender. Ive never tried it myself. haha
