i'll have to chew this one over for a bit
I eat a square of dark chocolate for the anti oxidants daily. Cannot say about the depression
i bet you could say the same about all desserts and pastries. sugar makes you feel good and happy until you weigh 300lbs.
i do agree with jipped on all the good stuff that's in dark chocolate but i just cant get passed how bitter it is
