Anyone have any experience with this? I've been hearing more about it lately. Picked some up last time I was restocking my supplements and man does it taste nasty. Sounds like it has a whole host of benefits, but so do a lot of other things.
I've read it can benefit everything from cardio vascular health to skin and hair. Just curious if anyone has supplemented with it.

Same here, it's only been recently that I've been hearing about it more and more. Seems like everyone makes it out to be the cure-all for absolutely everything under the sun. My skepticism switch was immediately activated, but I picked some up anyway. It literally tastes like motor oil, but if the benefits are as great as everyone claims then I can certainly deal with it lol.
