Glycemic index is not just for diabetics. Just switching from high GI foods to low, cutting out most sugar will help most people loose weight. Easier on the endocrine system too.
you got that right. as soon as i roll into prep mode i eliminate all the sugar in my diet completely. the more insulin sensitive you are the easier it is for you to get to sub single digit body fat. i am also sure that someone that is diabetic will fair much better keeping their blood sugar in check with low gi food and tons and tons of fiberQuote:
