not got much caffine at all in it so no heart issues there. i would imagine that you get all the good health stuff with none of the negatives even without a study haha

I dont get decaff. Who drinks coffee for the taste? Thats nuts. Coffee tastes terrible and I only drink it for the caffeine
I LOVE my coffee, first because of the taste and second for the boost. I stick to organic coffee though...yep, for my body it makes a difference.
I drink a cup of regular in the am, then a small cup before a workout. I love coffee at night so I buy decaf for the night time so I don't stay up all night
