looking like almond milk is the most effective but i still think 2% and skim are best for those that can have diary. i like using almond milk in place of regular milk if i need it personally
This article looks pretty anti cow's milk to me. Just take the protein numbers and toss em out the window. Soy protein is far from complete and aminos are low. Cow's milk is pretty much complete. Granted it is high in calories and has lactose (I am good with)
Best IMO is almond milk and whey protein.
I use almond milk as well. I have tried cashew milk. A bit too thick for me tho.
