I have read a lot about it. I take it before and after sparring with fish oil to help mitigate TBI. I also take noopept resveritrol, and ginko biloba. I have done a little research and believe that it can help. any time you have increased autophagy it is a good thing. Listen to Dr Rhonda Patrick about this. She has a lot to say.
I can say my cocktail that I take helps reduce the headaches, fuzzy mindedness and other symptoms after getting 30 concussions in 5-6 rounds. Told my coach I will only spar to the head light now. sometimes it still gets out of hand though.

i am as well. i have undiagnosed tbi from being in a number of blasts as well as some other things that were not by the rules in training. so i will give it a go. i need to go get mine added to my medical records but dont want to have to wait for an appt for 6 months then drive 3 hours away and wait in a waiting room for 3-6 hours. that's the only thing preventing me from getting it done. i do know it's bad but not that bad. people i went through it with are all jacked up
