until i got my cpap machine the doc said i have never gotten out of stage 1 and 2 sleep. he was blown away that i could actually function without falling over haha. great info
I really need to go get a sleep study done. When I'm trim down, my sleep feels great. But when I'm bulked up, I can tell my sleep sucks.
do it when you are at your heaviest man and then stay on the machine. you will be like me and kicking your own ass for not doing it years ago. it is well worth the incovience of the study trust me. i have never felt better in my lifeQuote:
