As you all know from my many VERY intelligent posts I am a wise man. That is stated and without question Fuzo so shut it!
Do not attempt to clean out your above the garage attic (using a ladder) right after leg day.
A wise decision this is not my friends.

Why yes kind sir. Yesterday I went to the gym and did legs which included 5 sets of squats going up to 85% of my max. I also did a couple sets of hacks and of course obligatory leg curls and extensions as well as calf raises.Quote:

I will say i got a good arm workout trying to take weight off my legs by using my arms.
