Gout sounds very painful
Agree guns. Easy enough to snack on veggies. I love carrot chips. Sounds strange but I put a bunch of carrot chips on a paper plate and sprinkle just a little ranch dressing powder on them. Throw them in a baggie and take em to work as a snack.
May sure you have a napkin. You will have ranch stuff all over your fingers. But they are good and it is pretty healthy. I do the same with broccoli although not as tasty.
