I take it daily. it is a good vitamin. did not know about the collagen thing. interesting.

i use the vit shope chelated version at 500mg a pop. take one with every meal for the last week or so. it's a liquid gel cap and i had no issues with it at all like i do some of the other ones

I usually take 2,000mg a day. 1000 in the morning and 1000 at night before bed.
