Need some input guys, looking into a new stack to run and thinking about my old stand by (sus and eq) but dont want to put on much fat. The problem I run into is easy muscle gain comes with hard to lose fat. Wouldn't mind some input on workout plans either. Definitely like to be chest centric to lose my moobs

doesnt matter what you run point blank period. diet and cardio are the only part of the equation that is going to strip fat off. stick to the basics on every aspect and you will get where you want to be. no need to get fancy. test only and suffer

not flaming you by any means but if you are at 25% bf then i would be less concerned with dropping a little muscle. that's the walking risk of dying without even adding in the health risk of a cycle. that's for starters and that bf is way way to high.Quote:

As far as an app I have used sparkpeople you can try that but you have a hard time logging supplements there. I use pen and paper.
