Help with dosage for newbie
Hi guys I’m new to peptides and also pinning.
I’m chasing some help from people who know and use it rather than mates who just read shit and tell me what they think so I want the correct info from people who use it and know it.
I have the following and looking to use it.
IGF1-LR3 1mg
TB500 ( Thymosin beta-4 5mg)
GHRP-6 5mg
Sterile water with Benzoyl alcohol 10mg
Acetic acid .6% 110mm
So I’m asking what I should start out using and how often as where is best place to inject it.
I was going to use insulin needles is this ok as I got told that’s what I should use?
As I said I’m new to this and had a heap of info on my phone but it went swimming and I lost it all so if I sound new by well honestly I am)

Oh I should add I’m 180cm or 5’10” and weigh 80kg been lifting for 2 years but recently had injury and getting back into it now.

the tb500 is for injury and inflammation help, so that one i would hold off on. i have had no success with that one myself and found that bpc is a much better option but that's just me. now with what you have on hand i would start with the igf only. add in 1ml of aa and 1ml of ba water to cut the aa. let the powder dissolve in the aa before putting the water in. keep in mind that it is going to burn quite a bit even with the addition of the water. i would add in 100mcg ed until complete. you can inject it wherever you want to because it doesnt matter it is going to circulate everywhere anyway. now once you finish it up go ahead and add the ghrp in and i would go with between 4-500 2x per day. i go with an am and pm dose personally. that will give you 2 nice little pulses of gh and also give you a bump in igf from the liver.
for gh release i personally like to use cjc w/o dac or with dac and sermoline. i use 2-4ius of gh first thing in the am and then add in the pep combo before bed. that gives me 3 spikes of gh. one first thing in the am, one before bed and one when i get into rems sleep. that is the best way i have found to offset the high cost of gh.

I have follwed your Pep recipes and had amazing transformations including regulated sleep and what I believe is next level chance to move forward and still enjoy life in the "Survivors" club. In short, I now train with some very intelligent gurus who are not body builders but exactly what I need to basically function. I have an extremely physical job but also an uphill battle. 1. Segmentation anomalies with evidence of congenital fusion of the C2-3
vertebral segments and presence of 6 lumbar-type vertebrae.
2. Evidence of extensive surgical fusion from C4 through C7. There also is
evidence of prior surgery in the lumbar spine at the L5-6 level with fixation
hardware in place.
3. Evidence of rather severe spinal stenosis at the C3-4 level seen only on
the sagittal scout images likely due to disc bulging and facet hypertrophic
changes.
4. Mild to moderate disc bulging at all thoracic levels without evidence of
cord encroachment. There is right neural foraminal narrowing noted at the T8-9
level.
5. There also is moderate disc bulging at the C7-T1 level seen only on
sagittal images with evidence of mild impression upon the anterior margin of
the cord at this level.
6. Extensive disc space degenerative changes throughout the lumbar spine identified on sagittal images.
So, at this point, I think the only solution is to add in GH. I have run that for 6mos a couple time but never with Peptides/test. The time is now I think based on these results as I need to stay out in front. My primary question for insight has to do with dose/synergy. Because of medical expenses, I've become accustom to low dose/long run application in test/eq with 2ius Sermorilin/cjc no dac before bed. Would you suggest the GH in the morning then? Since I got my sleep regulated I train every day at 5am on empty stomach. I also do run TB and like that too but sometimes the peptide synergy dehydrates the daylights out of me so I try not to overdue that. Thanks for any input and greatly appreciate your insight!Thanks

i would keep the cjc before bed, maybe add in 2-300 sermolin to that and then dose the gh in the am or if possible in the middle of the night when you take a leak. either one will work but since you train first thing in the am you could maximize another gh spike. so you would get a gh spike from the cjc/serm before bed, then another when you hit rems, one middle of the night if you get up to take a leak and again when you train fasted. so that would give maximum gh pulses. that's what i have seen work really well and for myself without training fasted. i did toss in ghrp a couple times during the day to spike a few more times. more of a pain in the ass with all the injections with minimal results.
also another compound to consider would be mk. you could replace either the serm or the cjc and stack one or the other with mk. all great options to consider
