Chef Irvine's Fit Crucnh bars
These ars are really good. High in calories but good in a pinch. They come in a large bar or 1 half its size. He also has a protein powder but I havent tried that yet. A buff chef should know all about good bars!

They sell these everywhere. walmart, 7-11, quick way, loaf and jug, etc. Probably better for you than a snickers, but about the same probably

they are very tasty but like already pointed out the nutrition profile on them is quite high. that's why they taste so good haha

Yeah these things are good, remind me of OH Yeah bars but a little better.

Thanks guns, I will check them out. You are right, the bars usually end up messing with my tummy a bit

all raw food with no preservatives what so ever. they are well worth it imo
