Hello forum. How long does gear last? I have a large stash and the bottles say they have been expired since 2015 or so. Should I toss it all and just get new stuff?

Welcome to FitnessGeared. I would still use it if its unopened and kept at room temperature. Not too hot or cold and nothing floating in it.

i just watched a video from the greek doc dr testosterone. cant think of his name off the top of my head but he just answered a question about this, this past week. he said opened it needs to be tossed regardless of how well it's been stored. he also said even unopened and stored properly aas start to lose potency after 6 months of production. idk how much truth their is to that but that's what he said in the video. me personally, i am like uncle ric. if it hasnt touch the rubber stopper and is stored properly i would use it but that's just me
Use it! I've had stuff for over a year or two with no issues
I'd probably use it too. I have used gear that was a few years old and stored properly numerous times.
