i like to add natty pb or almond butter and bananas when i can. oats added in make a nice thick shake as well
Blueberries, strawberries and chia seeds

Strawberries cuz they prevent prostate cancer and blueberries cuz they keep you from getting old
not necessarily for your protein shake but a good one to do for your bp is this:
freeze fresh spinach(this is so it gives good texture)
take a ninja or nutribullet cup and pack it as full of spinach as you can. normally 2 cups or so.
add in about 1/4 cup of pure oj(not the nasty concentrate or high sugar kind).
blend this up and add in a little more spinach and water to thin it out. water amount is for how thin you want it.
do this with at least 2 or 3 meals per day and it will both enhance your pumps and also help to lower your bp. pretty tasty also
Peanut butter, bananas and cinnamon for me when I can.
Until about 5 years ago, I became allergic to bananas. Now that totally sucked because it was my fave shake addition and I missed banana splits ,lol! Yesterday I decided to throw a half in and it tasted soooo good with no reactions. I am hoping that allergy is a thing of the past!
