i can honestly say i havent seen any of them. i dont like staged crap about bodybuilding and i feel like no one can recreate pumping iron. that wasnt staged and was really how those guys were. this new crap is twisted and made to sell. i dont like that. i would rather have them film these dudes doing what they do in their natural environment with no bells and whistles like wrestling haha
I didn’t watch it , but my friend did, he also sent me little snipe of the movie and it looked like it was TRASH.
The other day I watched Bigger, Stronger, Faster . I can watch that over and over since it’s just interesting , a lot more interesting than these Generation Iron movies.
Yeah Bigger Faster Stronger was real good.
I liked it when Branch Warren was talking shit in Generation Iron, mounted that horse and that little midget flew off!!!!! Priceless.
I like the Ronnie Coleman documentary on Netflix. That was badass. Generation iron doesnt sound very good
Ric , I have On Demand and it’s easily found on there !
I just watched the preview for Generation Iron 3. Looks great. I want to watch it. Why didnt you like it?
Ive been totally out of touch with the sport of bodybuilding so its kind of interesting to me to see how different everything is now days compared to the 90s when I was living it 24/7.
The 90s, those were the days. Dorian Yates. Flex Wheeler. I dont think I missed a month of reading Flex magazine and MD cover to cover in the 90s. I was obsessed. Rememembr Muscle Media magazine? Thats where I learned about steroids for the first time. Dan Duchenne. Now I dont give a fuck about competitive bodybuilding, I just try and train like Im going to compete again
Muscle Media was great. It was the first magazine to come along and stop spreading bs. After it came out I couldn't do anything but thumb through any of Joe Weiders magazines.
Those were great bodybuilders! Can you imagine taking a camera into the gym back then like guys take their phones, no way. LMFAO
What r some good bodybuilding videos?
Some of the steroid books in the 90s you had to order through the mail and often they were nothing but some photocopied pages stapled together. I think some of Dan Duchennes early stuff came that way. Then he wrote that book, body opus or something like that. Bill Phillips was selling steroid info too
Is it just me or does Lee Priest come off as a real arrogant jerkoff. I remember seeing him at contests in the 90's and how damn fat he would get in the off-season. He looked horrible, like a fat butterball. I do have to give him credit though because once it was time to go, to step on stage he was always in shape. And not just in shape alway one of the hardest guys in contest

Lee Priest is a freakin lunatic. 100% insane.. Fuckin hilar5ious. He got screwed in too many contests when he was the best on the stage
i have met him a few times in person and he was cool as hell. i think he acts the way he does in interviews and videos to give off a certain image to drive his persona. then again if he thinks or believes it he will say it with no regrets at all. cool trait to have but not so much for business haha
This is a great interview. I watched the first hour and am going to watch the rest of it. Dorian is a smart son of a *****. This is very intersting. I highly recommend it

Dorian is awesome. Always will be one of my all-time faves. Lee Priest always does seem to come off as an arrogant ass. I always figured it was just as guns mentioned, him trying to give off a certain image.
With you there broSent from my SM-N950U using Fitnessgeared mobile app
