Supps regimen..What's yours?
I keep this circle small too:). Being a guinea pig, these are some supps I can tolerate without reactions. Knowing most of you guys may not need an iron supplement, most ladies do. Share a pic of yours so we can QnA. Thanks!

thats about it. I have considered a neutropic of some sort though. I am also thinking of either switching my b12 to b-complex or just straight up adding it.
I keep seeing so much about cbd but always thought it was a gimmick. My friend is in the marijuana industry in cali and i trust him very much. he said the basic "cbd" oil you get at stores and gas stations is all snake oil crap you have to find a good company.
Ive also heard you need a little thc to actually absurd all the cbd and get the benefits. My buddy takes i think he said 4mg of cbd twice per day and 1mg of thc with each 4mg dose.
I need to look more into it, i feel like everyone uses it now.

Yes CBD works better with small dose of THC, but only do this method at night before bed. Don't do this if you get random drug testing.

I agree, this has been around for awhile now, but has reached a point where the market has gone nuts, its about $$ to be made. I feel your friend is right. I bought some cbd, with thc, when we were in Oregon a few years ago. It worked quite well for my facial nerve pain, and I do believe the cbd we are seeing all over is more crap than real and effective. Even cbd with the legal allowed THC in it is helpful, but again, mass marketed. We have to share our good finds with others, and do our research. Dzone recommended a company and I bought some for my 82 year old Dad. It is helping his knees for sure

I generally use
Multi vitamin
Vitamin C
Glutamine
Krill oil or chia seeds
L-ARGININE or similar vasodialotor
And I have a script for medicinal cannabis.
I mostly vape it. I was able to give up tramadol, valium and welbutrin by using cannabis to treat pain, depression,anxiety and sleep problems

Thanks for the info! I’ll dig deeper to it. I don’t want to turn this thread into a cbd thread lol. I appreciate it though!

some things i am looking to put in my lineup that i have been reading on:
ip-6 (helps lower hemocrit and other factors that increase in some of us)
super k w/ advanced k2 complex (helps with arteries and other heart related stuff)
carditone
these are all things i have been reading up on and seem to be very helpful in combating a lot of the issues that some of us encounter

I definitely give a thumbs-up to the Carditone. I've been taking it for a while now and it has drastically improved my blood pressure.
