My son and I ate McDonald's the other day just because we were on our way to a Mavs game and it was quick and convenient. I felt like crap after eating that stuff and it did not even taste good to me.

It's a love-hate relationship with fast food for me. When I do grab some, I love it for the first few bites. Then I hate it because it makes me feel like crap lol.
I do not get the squirts but a lot of fast food tastes so good but I end up with cramps and feel bad for 2 days. Highly processed, low nutritional value, very low in micro nutrients, high in sugars, trans and saturated fats. It is just plain bad for you. Chick fila has a grilled chicken sandwich that is top notch for fast food and it pretty good for ya.Quote:

My favorite fast food burger is actually a supersonic cheeseburger from Sonic. What I usually do is have them make it but I tell them no bun. So they put it in a hot dog tray. Leave it dry
