if you stay consistent with it your body should adjust to it haha. oh wait we both have fucked up guts. maybe not then. i have a friend that has some issues like us that just goes ahead and puts it in his coffee. going to poop anyway with the coffee so he just knocks it out that way haha
your buddy is smart. I used to put it in my coffee to knock out the horrible taste of coconut. It did feel soothing in my upper tract but once it moved along Id end up with a napalm corn hole. I stuck with it tho as long as I could cz coconut has a lot of value. if your gut can handle it, or your backed up, id recommend it most definitely.

I use it but not every day in my coffee. MCT is better for weight loss than coconut oil but CO is still ok and has it's benefits. I love the taste. On keto I get a spoonfull and let it slowly melt in my mouth......mmmmmmmm
