Taking the weekend off

Now since Imback at my 100% my body is telling me to take the weekends off. I usual go 7 days I do something on my days off ut my body is telling me you need rest

look into the active recovery stuff man. if you absolutely have to go in then do that kind of stuff. that way you are getting better even when you are not going all out but still doing a little something to stay sane
