This is true. When I write down what I Eat I tend to eat a lot better
Yep log everything
I agree fellas. I am kind of the fitness guy at my work some call me the "nutrition ****". I have fat people say they are not loosing weight, I ask what they are eating and they tell me food intake for the last 2-3 days and it is barely 1000 calories daily. I tell them to be honest with themselves. Write down what you ate. Be honest, no since dieting if you are going to lie to yourself. Some folk get pissed as you busted them and they know it. But 2 people logged and found it was closer to 3000 calories (I call it "the food chronicles")
I hear "I wish I had your metabolism" all the time. I say "You can, train like me 6 days a week, and eat clean like me" They look at me like I am a dumbass. but y'all already know i am a dumbass..... HAHAHA
i log everything every single day
