HAHAHA! this article is 100% true but about as obvious an article has never been published other than maybe if you throw a ball in the air it will come down.
I like how they say "2. Baked foods" What about baked chicken or fish, baked veggies......ect. Not a good title.
But #1 is the biggie IMO. Sugary drinks. As true as true gets

Thanks Fuzo, those are all no brainers to most, I use dried cranberries in my post workout meal (steel cut oats) but other than a scheduled cheat meals of a burger and fries from a decent burger establishment I follow that to a tee daily.
