Good article, I think the main point is not everything works for everyone. I stopped eating breakfast and feel great. lost a couple LBS and do not feel hungry MOST of the time
in order to hit my meals and numbers i have to get a breakfast in. i lose performance in training if i dont get my 2-3 meals in before training also. i think a lot of this stuff pertains to normal people more so than us or athletes
