What a horrible month for injuries

I tweak my lower back then made it worse,itusually always fixesitselfquick wellnot this time.Left side lower back top glute area it was just about gone fully recovered when it decided to tiptoe to the other side right this time and say fuk you now Im on the right side to cause you pain.Fuk I cantcatch a break

Try to rub in DMSO. That stuff is great

Shoes make a huge difference. I wear ortho shoes from mizuno. they have cured all my pain.

I use brooks. Glycerin or adrenalin
Like mizuno also.
