Welcome to the registration for the Super Training Classic 2019!
This is an SPF- Push/Pull Meet (+Sling Shot Division) at the Sacramento Total Health and Fitness Expo
Purchase of your ticket grants you:

$500 Sling Shot Gift Card Raffle. Lifters earn 1 raffle ticket per Sling Shot item on (Singlet, Knee Sleeves, Sling Shot, etc).

This is a 2-day meet open to all lifters with:
((SATURDAY)) - Men Middleweight (220 & 242lb) and Heavyweight (275, 308, SHW) lifting on Saturday
((SUNDAY)) - Men Lightweight (198lb and below) and Women (all divisions) lifting on Sunday.
*NOTICE to ALL Lightweight and Middleweight Men: Whatever weight division you sign up as determines if you lift on Saturday or Sunday. You cannot change this division at weigh-ins. You will be required to still lift on the day you registered for and will not be eligible for prizes if your weight division lifts on a different day than you.
Divisions Day 1: Open Raw Middleweight Men, Open Raw Heavyweight Men, Open Sling Shot Middleweight Men, Open Sling Shot Heavyweight Men.
Division Day 2: Open Raw Lightweight Men, Open Raw Lightweight Women, Open Raw Heavyweight Women, Open Sling Shot Lightweight Men, Open Sling Shot Lightweight Women, Open Sling Shot Heavyweight Women
**Sling Shot Divisions - Choose any of the provided Sling Shots to compete. There is only 1 “Sling Shot” and it’s made by Mark Bell’s Sling Shot.

Open Sling Shot Division- Gangsta Wraps, Hip Circle, Quest, Monster
