Re: Leave it all in the gym
Hell yeah bro. I'm impatiently waiting until I can get back in the gym and kick ass.

Re: Leave it all in the gym
This is a li6ttle off topic but here goes.
I saw this lady on a tricep machine. She was doing the movement all wrong to the point of her getting hurt.
I told her to put the elbows on the pad. She still did not get it, so I moved her elbows to the proper position.
Soon a guy most likely her husband came up and mumbled something in my direction, it sounded like "did he touch you"?
My training was over and I left. Did I do the right thing?

You did the right thing. I gave up giving advice in the gym a long time ago.
I can't handle stupid people. Not knowing how to do things is one thing not listening is another
Re: Leave it all in the gym
I think you did the right thing. So many people have no clue what they're doing, which is fine, but when they don't take the initiative to learn and risk hurting themselves.... That's when it gets dumb. I'm in the same boat as Uncle Ric, I quit giving out advice a long time ago. However, if I see someone about to seriously get hurt, I'll step in.
