Think for a moment that they were having a walk for Mentally challenged people and said we are going to cancel it because too many of the people are autistic. We need more diversity.
Same thing. We are dealing with a bunch of mentally challenged people that are worried more about how much melanin is in their skin than their own message.
We live in strange times. When I was a kid in the 70s, we strove for equality by NOT seeing people by their color. Seems that is not liberal enough just treating people the same.
What state do you think this occurred in? Commiefornia of course. Such an awesome state being ruined by so many stupid people living there.

Reminds of what I heard about the NFL today. The NFL is pissed off because too many black coaches are being fired. If teams dont interview & hire enough minorities, they can be fined by the league. Its no longer about who is the most qualified person for the job, its about skin color.

it's backwards discrimination. doesnt matter who is best for the job, you have to pick someone off a list based off of color reigion sex or sexual pref. if i were a business person or someone running something major, i would want the best person to help make me successful. i could care less what they look like believe, or do in their bedroom or whom the do or dont worship. i saw something interesting the other day talking about the 60s-70s where they were fighting for equality for everyone. now it's not so much about equality as it is about driving a narrative that makes zero sense imho

Yes but he was way too reasonable for the left. It is stupid.
Also if a NFL coach does not win, he gets canned. Does not care about the color of his skin. SAme with this patriarchy bullsh**. I promise you, corporations answer to stockholders who only care about profits. If a woman does a better job than a man I promise you, the board will hire her. Putting women/minorities in positions they are not qualified for just because diversity does not make a healthy organization and is not good for the person who gets the position as there is a good possibility of failure.
IMO just take sex and ethnicity off job apps all together.
