Directions

well the l-carnitine in oral form is basically completely worthless. a couple of the other compounds are good though

Looks good to me. not sure about l carnitine. i know in the injectable type it is great although it hurts bad. Bioperene might help with absorption?
It is $50 online. I cannot spend $ on weight loss supps. I am about to start my spring cut it up diet but will do it the old fashioned way. I have been burned by useless fat loss stuff too many times. I will wait for another to tell me it works WELL.

idk where you got your inj l carnitine from but the one i use is painless. i have had zero issues with it and have used it for years. from what i understand with oral supplementation of it, it is pointless and nothing can enhance it including slin. i like the fact that it is heart healthy and protective as well.
the ala and other ingredients in this particular supp could be purchased individually to make your own for far cheaper if you wanted to go that route.
