You could easily get some nice solid lean mass. I run 200mgs a week when I'm ON it. But much will depend in your food intake and training, and CARDIO.Quote:

you could play around with 1-200mg for what you are doing dirt. of course watch your bp and other issues you have man and def stay extra hydratedQuote:

I think I will play around with 75 mg per week and ramp it up if needed. I remember doing a cycle with 200 a week. It leaned me out and got strong as hell. The only sides I got was it hit my RBC pretty hard where it affected my cardio. Other than that I was golden.
