I can't stress how everything in moderation works. Just don't over indulge and you'll be fine.
"Fructose does not trigger insulin release, nor does it trigger the release of hormones such as leptin, which tells the brain that a person is full, or inhibit hormones that tell a person's body that they are hungry. As a result, researchers suggest that fructose is more harmful to a person because they are more likely to eat more than if they had eaten a food containing glucose."

Fructose is fine when in the form of eating fruit. Take it out of the flesh and fiber of the fruit and make it a juice you are basically removing what is good for you. Juice is not healthy. There might be some vitamin c in apple or orange juice but not enough to warrant the calories. I suppose if you really like juice and drink it post workout or something it is OK but I would rather just eat whole fruit.
