Last week moved a window A/C

I got a small tweak in the bottom right but cheek hip area and it went away a day later. Well woke up sundayit was kinda tweaked my lower back but able to still do everything. Yesterday morning kinda tweaked a little more went to do a light workout came home everything ok. Well took a nap in my chair and I woke up in the worst pain ever in my life. I couldnt walk sit down I even took a shit and it took me 20 min to wipe my ass thats how much pain I was in. So I had a Medrol Dose at thepharmacy I went there it tok me 30 minutes to go 3 minutesto the pharmacy.Trying to get into my truck and even drive I couldnt put weight on my right foot but I managed to do it. Well after taking all 6 pills at one wich you can do and took 2 klonopins to relax me this morning Im a different man THANK GOD it loosened up big time. Ok guys if you feel a tweak shut it down at the gym or going to the gym get the rest. Fuk I never want to go through that pain again..

window A/C can kick some ass sometimes bro.

I am a believer in taking a rest when your in pain. Better to take a week than a month.

Absolutely. Always better to take a week or two off instead of being out much much longer

I feel ya. Happens to me a couple times a year I throw my back out.

Ice and heat and anti inflammatory NSAIDS. But I bet you feel this for 2-3 weeks. I agree with the other guys. take it easy.
