Fuck cottage cheese man. Give me cereal. I have been addicted to like almost all cereal all the time. snack, bed, hunger insomnia.. i swear cereal played a huge role in my beginning road to size. that was 100 pounds ago. fuck thats a trip. Cereal with that whole milk of course rulez!!
i used to eat 2lbs of cottage cheese and a cup of oats 20 mins before bed every night. not the best tasting or greatest approach but i damn sure grew. never tried the cereal approach though
i just like cereal more and therefore eat more. eating more is a good thing for me cz i grow. Last night had my Jethro cereal bowl full of Coco Krispies, nuked for 15 secs, satisfying, and i slept like a sweaty tren head baby haha.
I do plain plain greek yogurt with vanilla protein powder and chopped walnuts mixed in. That is my thing. I like honey nut cherios but too much sugar for my belly area. My I love a big bowl of cereal with chopped bananas and whole milk. You got me craving brother.
