Painful callouses and getting pedicures
I started having foot pain a couple months ago. Ball of my feet on the outside. Felt like a rock in my shoe. I was worried it was bone spurs or something. I was even limping from the pain. I decided that maybe if I got a pedicure. I never had one before. Finally I went to the Mall Nail place, Its huge it was easy to walk in and just take a seat and wait. They had football on all the big screen tvs. It wasnt a girly place. There must have been 50 vietnamese women working there. Some were damn hot looking. So it was a good view from up in that recliner with the massaging rollers going up & down my spine. That old Vietnamese lady used a cheese grater thing on my feet to scrape off the callouses. She was digging out dirt that had been embedded for years lol The lady was laughing at all the shit she was digging out of all the cracks...But I'll be damned It was like a miracle. I walked out of that Nail place with no pain in my feet at all. It was like a miracle cure. Now, 2 weeks later and the damn callouses are coming back. This is ridiculous but I guess I am gonna have to go have my feet scraped every 2 weeks or else get my own cheese grater.
Anyone else have this issue with callouses? Why all of a sudden I dunno. I never had any problems before. But them damn pedicures are pretty damn good. It cost me $52 and I gave the lady a $10 tip. So $62 to get rid of callouses and walk without pain.
Re: Painful callouses and getting pedicures
I bet wallgreens would have that foot scraper tool and then I can just keep scraping it off myself instead of spending $62. The pedicure experience is pretty bad ass the way its all set up. Very user friendly. You dont feel like a dumbass or a fag. You get your toenails clipped while watching football and hot chicks walking around. I would recoommend it

Yes. Get it! I used to have problems with them and used a foot scraper. I can't handle it when people touch my feet. I jump a mile lol

Re: Painful callouses and getting pedicures
Mt wife gets callouses as well she bought one of those electric callous removers and hits hers every 5 days or so to keep it knocked down. No more probs for her.
Re: Painful callouses and getting pedicures
Right on. That dremel tool will get the job done and it costs less that a pedicure. That was going to get expensive as hell if I was going to have to go and pay for that every 2 weeks to prevent foot pain
Re: Painful callouses and getting pedicures
Haha, I sure didnt mind having that Vietnamese lady rubbing my feet. She coulda sucked on my toes & I wouldn't have cared lol
Re: Painful callouses and getting pedicures
not sure it would help or not , might try that working feet or working hands cream in the green tub. i know it works on dry hand=nds well
Re: Painful callouses and getting pedicures
I bought a $10 foot rasp at walgreens today, like a cheese grater for your feet. Im gonna try and see if thats all I need
Re: Painful callouses and getting pedicures
I need to get me one of those foot scrapers or something. I have calluses on my feet too and I bet it would feel a million times better to get rid of those. Now that I'm thinking about it, I do sort of neglect my feet. Just a quick wash in the shower and that's about it.

Re: Painful callouses and getting pedicures
Fuzo and I have gotten pedicures for years. We even go as a family sometimes. Fuzo is right, when I worked in a salon, the Dremel was a tool MUST for the nail techs. I say go get the pedicure once a month!
