There is some crap in it butthere isntmuch out there that doesnt have something crappy in it... In moderation, like most things
Too much sugar
I'll occasionally mix my creatine in it and drink it during insane leg workouts.
I drink alot of it because of my job, outside walk about 15 miles Ed labor the stuff helps me stay hydrated, and keeps me going when I'm dead on my feet,is there something better to restore electrolytes ??
I like coconut water. natural carbs and electrolytes and I love the taste as well. Better than that overly sweet gator-aide or other sports drink.
I used to drink it but I will always remember what my dr told me. He said "your blood is made out of water. Not Gatorade, tea, Diet Coke, diet anything. Just water. Drink just water " so that's what I've done for years now
Sodas and gatoraide are pretty much 99% water with sugar and other additives including artificial colors and maybe preservatives. Tea is 100% water tinted with leaves. Nothing wrong with drinking just water for sure. But tea is really good for you. Forget the sodas and sports drinks though.
Guns, so far I have had drank a 33 oz carton right after a brutal WO and not had probs. I think it may be because it is high in magnesium? Mag can be used as a laxative. I do love it ice cold, I have played around by squeezing a lime in it or lemon and a few drops of stevia. both are good but plain is still mt fav.

absolutely. Tea and other sports drinks are ok in moderation, but your body has to go through the different stages to metabolize the sugar...artificial colors and god knows what else in Gatorade...etc. even tho they are made up of water...they still are not the same as 100% pure water
Doesnt gatorade have high fructose corn syrup? I know powerade has HFCS in it. Pure poison.
