We got a new machine at our gym. It is for your legs. It will kill your legs and lungs are pumping a lot of air. I tried it and got about 1 1/2 minutes before It done me in.
You get on it set your body weight. Pump your arms and legs like sprinting, the machine sets the resistance.
My legs are still sore.
What are your thoughts on this? I like it because it puts no strain on my back.
