Picked up some fresh coconut. Broke open the outer shell, drained into a cup the water. Then cracked open this sucker.
This is about 3/4 of a coconut. Freshly sliced and diced up. A Great snack. Very filling.
Might start adding this drinks, yogurt, salads, etc.

I love coconut. I have only gotten a whole coconut 1X. But I buy the angel flake for yogurt and sometimes smoothies. Looks good you got a great one there. The one I got only had meat that was about 1/4" thick and was hard to get out.
Yes that about right . just had to work around between the shell and the meat with a flat nife. Than kinda pop out a side if meat. At the bottom is a problem. Had to get a very tiny short flathead and pry under the meat and pop off a section. I left one small piece in the fridge. I will show you what it looks like today.. And then after.Quote:
