I GOT TO THE POINT WHERE I WASN'T TRAINING, BUT STILL TAKING BIG DOSES
OF GEAR. I HAD IT IN MY HEAD I "NEEDED" IT. IT GOT BAD. I KNEW BETTER. OR I SHOULD HAVE
KNOWN BETTER. I GOT RECKLESS.

BE SMART AND EDUCATE YOURSELF TO WHAT YOU ARE DOING TO YOUR BODY.
I HAD TO TAKE SOME TIME AWAY YO GET MYSELF BACK IN "ORDER". TALK TO YOUR
FRIENDS, GET ADVICE...DON'T JUST ISOLATE YOURSELF LIKE I DID. IT MAKES THINGS WORSE.

GET TO YOUR DOC AND GET YOUR BLOOD WORK CHECKED. STAY ON TOP OF THINGS.

Word! I just did this myself. Perfect blood profile and I thank that primarily to my Nutrabullet. I was one a year+ blast/cruise and had to rehab some surgeries. Realignment of your blood is critical in dialing back gear when workouts depart later in life. Blood is key: put beetroot in your smoothies/protein shakes. Read up on healthy blood and it helps tremendously as your levels even back out.

Good advice O2. Educate, share stories, and become aware of your own body and how it reacts. What is good for another may not be so good for you.

Yes, AAS is easy to abuse. Definitely addicting IMO. I've gone way overboard in the past and shut down my natural test production because of it. So be smart and learn from our mistakes, especially all the young bucks coming up. Hard work and PATIENCE. There is no magic pill.

Agreed glad you saw the light, it’s very easy to go overboard on this stuff. Two more weeks till vacation and I’m dropping everything besides test e and I’ll drop that to 300mg a wk which I blv is still in the safe zone.
