at first I thought you were joking but hey, re-up your carbs that will work. Probably healthier than the old school way of half a cup of dextrose in your whey.

dextrose is way old school and terrible anyway. we use the same protein haha, my wife gets pissed when i get the sleeves instead of jugs because she gets it all over the place.

I know the idea is to create an insulin spike and maintain anabolism but you can drive that same spike with a white bagel or cream of rice and get better nutrition. Why eat crappy processed marshmallow s?

us naturally fat kids cant take this approach but it works well for you and a ton of other people

Naturally a fat kid also. However only way it works for me is because its only carbs I take in and don't eat fat for 4 hours after.
