No doubt. 100% difference. crappy Carbs wreak havoc
For every gram of carb we an retain over 2 grams of water!!! Still believe we need those carbs but it is important to know what ones and when!
Man my wife is now a home health RN. She sees so many patients that have type 2 diabetes. Many have had one or both legs amputated. I have meet a few. It's very sad to see. Many wont live much longer
from what i have read and heard sugar is the leading cause to damn near every deadly illness. even more so than eating an ass load of fat. it's crazy how much it effects everything and then when the pancreas shuts down it leads to a whole host of other issues. scary stuff for sure
Sometimes when I get home from the gym my body is craving sugar so bad. I just grab a rice cake and out alotof peanut butter on there
I LOVE Carbs, but when my stomach starts to look like a turtle shell, I don't like them as much .
But that's what Apple Cider Vinegar is for right !!!
