I love bodybuilding and stay in shape. I am just a family man not competitor.
But I am "geared" for fitness and love the name of board!!
I just wanna be a part of something learn and if i can share I always try!
I have lived with working out and fitness as part of my life for over 20 years.
I am in early to mid 40's. I would like to say I have knowledge on alot from my own experience and I have self educated myself by learning from those who went before me and research on diet, training, supplements, and PED's.
