Most places carry it. I take it with stinging nettles, pygeum and pumpkin seed oil. You can buy DIM at mrsupps!

DIM also helps reduce estrogen.

yeah baby it would take like 5 pounds a day to get 100-150mg of DIM. that would be bad for my wife. Broccoli sprouts on the other hand probably have a bunch more in them.

I take 100mg 2x a day
