Re: ? Help with a decision
That's going to be tough to answer because it's really going to vary from person to person. Probably depends a lot on your age too. The older you are, the more likely I would be to say just go ahead and stay on treating it like HRT. For me, in my late 30s and with my goals, it doesn't really behoove me to come off completely. With that being said, some guys do bounce back much better than others with the right protocol, so it's really going to depend on the person. The older you are, the harder it's going to be bring your natural test back from years of gear, especially at higher dosages.
Re: ? Help with a decision
I shut myself down doing the same thing. If I could go back I would've cycled PROPERLY with breaks. I came off for a few months last year and the two times I got blood work my Total Test was 48 Free 1.5, and the other time Total was 29 Free 6.1; so my body is F*CKED. I now run TRT (self medicated) at 250/wk which has my Total Test around 1200.
Chances are you shut yourself down as well. Depending on your age and your health and your goals, I would drop that 400/wk down to a number that keeps your levels average or slightly above.
Noobs, learn from our mistakes and don't do the same STUPID SH*T.

yeah the chances of you bouncing back at all are slim to none.
Re: ? Help with a decision
I would maybe come down to 250mg a week for a break and see how you feel.
Re: ? Help with a decision
Stay on just keep using test, use the hcg and clomid during .just keep getting blood work to make sure levels are being kept in check

Very similar story, I’m forty now. Like Fuzo said keep up on bloods, clomid once or twice a week, cycle in proviron and hcg here and there. Also deca or eq in low amounts for joints is very important. I’m around 6 years at 400. I disagree with the 250 theory if your athletic and train. Personally 250 for me makes me and many I’ve seen have more issues than just being off. Maybe it’s the UG test not sure but seems that it’s enough to shut you down but not really have all the good T affects
