go into my log follow along g in the member's log session. if you go back about 3 months you can follow what i did during my last run. pre intra and post are very important

Dextrose 10 g per iu
High quality whey isolate 80 grams
10 grams creatine

If you are just starting i recommend only PWO and be close to your fridge so you can learn your body. It helped me when i wanted to up the dose and start splitting.
