eggs turkey rice steak red and putp potatoes. oh and pb i have these things daily and they never run dry in my house haha

Oatmeal, eggs and peanut butter for me. Consumed in my house daily.
Must remember the daily piece of dark chocolate cause its heart healthy
Coffee is #1
some form of green is #2 I sprout alfalfa, and other greens and consume them blended up every day to make sure I am getting micro nutrients and vitamins without synthetic supps.
Really other than that nothing I have to have but like you said baby, when I have a bar of 86% dark chocolate I will indulge in 1 square here and there, spread a little natty peanut butter on it and it is AMAZING!
