Extreme pain in fore arms
It's my extensor carpi ulnaris, pain runs from my elbow to my pinky finger. The 1st few days I couldn't even hold a water bottle. I noticed doing back or bis it would get so pumped I'd have to stop but now both arms are having trouble but mainly my right arm. I'm going to the doctor this week. I was meaning to buy those pad type things you put around say a dB handle so you don't have to grip so hard. Sucks I'm at the end of a great cycle, food was on point, and training was great. Anyone had this issue? If so how long was the recovery? Thanks for any info
Re: Extreme pain in fore arms
Have your tried rubbing it out? Nerve root at level C8 can cause pain down to the pinky finger but since you say its starts from the elbow, could be a nasty trigger point. Good luck at the doc
Re: Extreme pain in fore arms
Airrosti has helped me with that and my elbows. it hurts like a ***** when they are working on you but after a couple days I marvel at the relief. I have had my back, shoulders, arms, and calves done. Most folk I talk to say it helps a lot. a few however just say it is torture to be honest.

I get something pretty similar to that sometimes if I do really heavy barbell curls. Feels almost like shin splints, but in my forearms. Ibuprofen and stretching my forearms out is usually my remedy.

shin splints in the forearms like yoh said. open with light 21s and each time your done drop the bar but dont let go. regardless of heavy or light, strict or cheat, squeeze that bar as hard as you can for 3-5 full mississippi after setting it on the rack. your muscles are stronger than your bones. they will catch up. think of it like growing pains.

Re: Extreme pain in fore arms
Arm is feeling better wrist is still weak feeling but started training using bands and had no pain so im gonna give it 1 more week and when i go back to the gym use light weight and focus on muscle mind connection and see how it goes. Positions like hammer curls is where it hurts the most so im just gonna start slow. Thanks for y'alls input

Great suggestions so far....I’ve also got our sponsor on here’s salt wraps, tie them down and do some mod work, get some CBD rub, dmso, arnica and apply daily...stretch, ice and rest!
